Plathera Industrial System · v0.2

Brand as infrastructure.

A complete Plathera brand system for capital project truth: neutral, industrial, signal-led, technically controlled, and built around the live program model.

Core Promise

Project truth, structured for execution.

Plathera is the infrastructure for capital project truth — the missing operating layer between fragmented project systems and the program leaders who have to act on what those systems contain.

System Rules

  • No generic AI visual language.
  • No borrowed-reference dependency.
  • Use physical project artifacts as proof.
  • Use diagrams for mechanism.
  • Use Gear Wide for short controlled signals and emphasis.
  • Use amber only for semantic signal: evidence, current state, active structure.
  • Use named project records before generic claims: RFI-118, SCH-W32, PO-7742, PKG-MEP-03.

Current Homepage Rules

Neutral records. Signal amber. Governed surfaces.

Dark and light themes share one record logic. The grid spans the viewport, content sits in a centered 1280px shell, amber marks meaningful state, peer cards share surfaces, and status cards change surfaces only when the state changes. Every public example should resolve to a project-record chain: source system, evidence item, Project Graph relationship, live model state, assistant action, and defensible output.

Operating Test

Can the record defend the decision?

Use the brand system to make a capital-project claim inspectable. A strong surface names the scene, record, relationship, status, owner, and output: for example, RFI-118 affects DWG-SK-42, which exposes PKG-MEP-03, moves SCH-W32 by eight days, and becomes DEC-204 in the gate packet.

Minimum Record Set

  • Source system: Outlook, ACC, Aconex, SAP, Oracle, P6, SharePoint.
  • Artifact: RFI, drawing, permit, purchase order, schedule activity, change record.
  • Relationship: artifact to package, risk to milestone, decision to evidence.
  • Status: implemented, current, forthcoming, evidence missing, ready for gate.
  • Output: evidence trace, constraint register, variance brief, handoff memo.
